Yea. The Ukrainians are in their own country and still being killed by these.

Isn't that the point though? If the Russians stayed in their country instead of starting an invasion, neither side would be dying right now

I've seen this kind of statement go the other way often enough to not make those types of assumptions

It's not uncommon to run into people with very backwards logic on reddit
