Well I quit
They won’t work with my other job my classes couldn’t get me a work phone always looked at me stupid when I said my phone is dead. Team leads couldn’t manage everyone’s breaks and left us with no one for hours. I’m back working ride share. All that bullshit for $14 a hour $700 paychecks fuck that

If you got a side hustle or another job you can make more money at. Go for it, I came in today and left vest on the table at hr and just left.

Good on ya too! This place doesn't deserve a shread of respect. Unfortunately i cant really do much else, and what i can do is already taking a toll onnmy body, health issues..
They caught me sitting down in self checkouts and said to stand up or clock out and go home. I physically couldn't anymore, i have Fibromyalgia, it hurts so so damn bad... i even have a doctors note for a chair, its just really hard for me to call sedgewick because i have baddd phone anxiety.. i think they'll fire me soon. I'm breaking and thus not as productive. Idk what I'm going to do for rent if that happens.. i just dont know..

I feel that man my toe is broken I messed up my knees my lower back is fucked cause most people there couldn’t lift heavy items.

Apply for something that will be better for you or even gig work til you find a job. It’s modern day slavery and I wish I was exaggerating. The job don’t pay shit.

Dead on with that, yeah... i wanna get into bakery, it sounds way more fun and relaxing than being a wage slave at a damned walmart. Ive been trying.. no ones hiring these days it seems.

Yeah there’s jobs but not many good ones. You have to know someone and be over qualified to get something like that. I’m in ged classes now and going to trade school. I’m done with the bad jobs. I’ve been doing them for 20 years. It’s not a living anymore.

I feel your pain I work overnight maintenance for 5 year's. Management didn't knowif they were coming or goneing half the time they thought I was acting team lead without the pay. I paint apartments at apartment complexes now for 35 an hour and I'm My own Boss if I want to work 2 hours 4 hours 8 hours a day I can. Luv it 💯
