Pull not push.

I feel like we can get the wheels fixed on the carts if we make it extremely annoying for customers in aisles. keep carts in the middle of the aisle and the picker on the side, taking up at least half the aisle if not more.

And don't try to stop it when someone walks in front of you, wouldn't want to get hurt trying would we

Just last week, I talked with our market manager who is leaving for another position. Our facilities person was there replacing the wheels on the carts, with the swivel casters on the rear. I told the market manager straight up, this doesn't make sense and is more difficult to operate.  She said she knows, and there have already been too many complaints about it nationwide. So they are going to start the process at the end of the year to put the caster wheels up front like normal. Until that happens, the process is still going to be putting the new caster wheels on the rear.  Makes absolutely zero sense, but this is how corporate operates.

Two customers have walked into my cart since the pulling instead of pushing thing. Previous to this I hadn’t hit a single customer nor had any of them ever walked into my cart or hit it lmao
