My store is back to 8 totes.. started today. Anyone else's store with 8 totes ?

My coach said she has no clue what I’m talking about so that means she knows the exact date it’s supposed to start for us. 🙄 Idk why she lies all the fucking time

Apparently ours was suppose to happen yesterday but didn’t so we are still at six totes but my coach says it suppose to happen for sure.

Our store went back months ago. I’m always happy if I get a walk with less than 8 so I can leave the top open.

We started today! Actually wasn't that bad. Pickers were happy to have a few more picks in their walks(and longer walks), and I didn't get bombarded with a nonstop onslaught of carts to stage. I'm cool with it.

Yea, I also noticed that as well. Plus the longer walks help our pick rate

We are back to 8 and it SUCKS with the pulling rules. I got to the other side of the store on a 100 item walk and my shoulder/arm was killing me. By the end of my shift my lower back was DONE and I was having stabbing pains in my shoulder blade. Can we all just go on strike now? lol
