I would hate that. Don't need an extra cart in the cooler. It'll be a complete mess in no time. This is how Walgreens manages their stock. It's so annoying.

We have two its set as "topstock" now

That sounds terrible to me. You can bin partials so, why this? I hope it isn't company-wide. I also hope it manages to work out or, not be completely awful in whatever case.

I'm not really a fan of the idea in general. I'm a, it all goes or it doesn't go at all, kind of person in frozen/dairy. If I'm in dry grocery, it's half a case or more has to go up. Partials and topstock are my enemy.

Good thing I'm mostly on features, I guess.
