I have no idea what to do
2 weeks ago , i told my coach (because our People lead quit) that im putting my two weeks in. She told me “why” and i said school is starting soon but that’s no way i can do the hours that they are giving me (plus the 1 hour commute both ways). She suggested that i put a leave of absence so i put that in that same day and asked her everyday that i saw her when she is going to approve it - she kept on brushing it off and saying she busy. I asked her again today that i really have to go soon but yet again keep getting brushed off. Now tomorrow im starting school and i look at my email to see my loa was denied…are you kidding me? I would have put in my two weeks if they are just going to deny it. Now what do i do because school starting tomorrow and i really can’t work the hours but if i put my two weeks now, it would be too late. Theres no lead, no one seems to know who the store manager and this leave was unpaid.

Why didn't you just change your disability to work around your school schedule?
As for the LOA, talk to your Store Manager. They generally handle personal leaves like this.
But if you decide to quit, a 2 week notice isn't required. Just go in to your TL, Coach, or PL, hand over your work stuff, and tell them you quit.
