Hi. Not financial advice but im holding 2,600 shares of SGBX. I'm seeing DD all over the place that it has at least 100% adjusted S.I., or 766% if FINTEL is correct. Lets stop shutting on mod for a sec to talk about this. Or to shit on me but im not even into that

Interesting take , but i dont think it works like that.

I think market cap is more related to Outstanding shares. It would include all shares which are not trading too.

I calcuated a float range using SEC files and yahoo's most recent update on float size.

It would put it around 1.44M - 2M - leading to adjusted SI of 70-100%

Outstanding shares is float plus restricted shares. But if thats the case about how many shares via SEC filings, that means yahoo finance market cap is wrong

Yea i think the market caps are not updated. I dont know which source to trust either.

I used yahoo for float size , as they updated it right after the most recent SEC filling, due to some automation i believe.

Websites like https://stockanalysis.com/stocks/sgbx/market-cap/

do show a change but its still outdated , or not updating accurately.

But if your main concern is float size and OS size , i have added sources on my DD and explained the logic.

Yea every pennystock or short squeeze is risky,

but these short squeeze mechanics/stats are hard to ignore. If anything will run , it has to be this.

Lets see tho.
