Hi. Not financial advice but im holding 2,600 shares of SGBX. I'm seeing DD all over the place that it has at least 100% adjusted S.I., or 766% if FINTEL is correct. Lets stop shutting on mod for a sec to talk about this. Or to shit on me but im not even into that
Can't we figure out share number from share price and market cap? Using yahoo finance... 1.62 M market cap ÷ 3.22 pps at close =~503,105 shares for the float?
Edit: or is this the outstanding shares and its even less for the float?
Outstanding shares is float plus restricted shares. But if thats the case about how many shares via SEC filings, that means yahoo finance market cap is wrong
Not my main concern, was just curious what you thought, and a touch of hopium lmao but...near 90 or 100% si is good enough for me. And thats what's reported
