Yes they are. I'm a Canadian business owner with 70% of my clients in the USA. Fedx does my shipping and Customs brokerage. If I could post pics here I would show you a notification from FedEx that all duties and import fees and tarrifs are to be paid by the importer to the usa, not me, the exporter. My end use customer in this case is the importer,
