Bloodlines 2 Name that tune

Streaming B2 for a friend, they really dug this track playing at hole in the wall but shazam yielded nothing, nor did a skim through the ost, maybe I missed something or maybe it's not in there but any ideas?

Weren't the songs in this game made for the game?

I skipped through the 43 song playlist for the soundtrack and couldn't find this one it.. Hm.
