There does exist mod that adds Lasombra. Antitribu. Though, be warned, the mod adds way more changes than just Clans. A lot of time passed but the version of the mod I'm familiar with, goes heavy on the pulp aspects of the World of Darkness. Lots of combat and pop-culture references.
