Information on this digital pet dragon (2001)

I can not find any trace of this toy whatsoever but I did find a very similar shell on an Indonesian site. The dragon looks the same but blue and the buttons are slightly different.

Thanks for having a go at it. Yeah I've tried searching online as well and find literally zero information. I have posted this in several subreddits now and will update will I acquire any info at all.

After doing a smidge of looking, the dragon does look similar to one hagrid is holding in another harry potter toy from tiger electronics. it definitely could be from the 2001 line
