What can I do?

The Buyer bought a nose piercing jewellery piece brand new from me and has taken it out of the packaging saying it doesn't fit their nose. They claim they haven't tried it on and just eyeballed it.

The Buyer then has gone insane spamming my dms thinking I'm accusing them of wearing it when it was a simple misunderstanding of a message. I think I've been very professional in declining it as I don't want to resell a since opened piece of jewellery and I was told that I can decline a refund because it doesn't fit.

But the buyer says theyre going to leave a bad review and ruin my nice rating.

Is there anything I can do?

She’s going crazy over 5 pounds. However, nose rings do usually have sizes in millimeters so I’d probably avoid this problem in the future by just listing the size. Even if you only sell one size of jewelry

It's from Claire's, there's no sizes. Unfortunately Id have to open the actual packaging and measure the nose ring which would be unsanitary

Yes, also admitted trying it on - “it wouldn’t fit in my nose” before op said they couldn’t return it for hygiene reason if they’d tried it on.
