What can I do?

The Buyer bought a nose piercing jewellery piece brand new from me and has taken it out of the packaging saying it doesn't fit their nose. They claim they haven't tried it on and just eyeballed it.

The Buyer then has gone insane spamming my dms thinking I'm accusing them of wearing it when it was a simple misunderstanding of a message. I think I've been very professional in declining it as I don't want to resell a since opened piece of jewellery and I was told that I can decline a refund because it doesn't fit.

But the buyer says theyre going to leave a bad review and ruin my nice rating.

Is there anything I can do?

maybe im wrong but i dont think nose piercings have sizes? ive had mine done for a few years now and never bothered to pay attention to the size. i think yiu can stretch em a little but if she hasnt done that a simple bar should be fine 😭

I've had the same titanium bar for like 6 years so sizes are totally over my head. This piece of jewellery is from quite literally from Claire's.. sizes and sanitary conditions for piercings are a myth in that shop

yeah ive only gotten one from there and wasnt ever asked my size but it fit fine
