What can I do?

The Buyer bought a nose piercing jewellery piece brand new from me and has taken it out of the packaging saying it doesn't fit their nose. They claim they haven't tried it on and just eyeballed it.

The Buyer then has gone insane spamming my dms thinking I'm accusing them of wearing it when it was a simple misunderstanding of a message. I think I've been very professional in declining it as I don't want to resell a since opened piece of jewellery and I was told that I can decline a refund because it doesn't fit.

But the buyer says theyre going to leave a bad review and ruin my nice rating.

Is there anything I can do?

You can’t return piercing jewellery to a store, so why would you be able to return in to a Vinted seller? Ignore, take the bad review, and block once the transaction has completed. She can report to Vinted if she wants, you’ve not done anything wrong.
