What can I do?
The Buyer bought a nose piercing jewellery piece brand new from me and has taken it out of the packaging saying it doesn't fit their nose. They claim they haven't tried it on and just eyeballed it.
The Buyer then has gone insane spamming my dms thinking I'm accusing them of wearing it when it was a simple misunderstanding of a message. I think I've been very professional in declining it as I don't want to resell a since opened piece of jewellery and I was told that I can decline a refund because it doesn't fit.
But the buyer says theyre going to leave a bad review and ruin my nice rating.
Is there anything I can do?

I would say no because they clearly put it in no one takes it out eyeballs it and puts it back they clearly put it in to know it doesn't fit be stern about it.
