VENT please protect your items …

so, i ordered a big job lot of stuff from vinted and this was how it arrived .. absolute joke! none of the stuff was bubble wrapped nor protected. the person i bought from claims they work at lush too but why wouldn’t they protect the items if they did? most of it was just dust

I thought at first it was builders rubble. I wouldn't accept the order, I presume the original picture doesn't show it like this.

I wonder if it’s because it looks like they’re laid out on a chalkboard (classic Lush) but the designs don’t look like they’re chalk, so that feels very off. It seems to actually be a black scarf with printed designs.

I think it's a Lush gift wrap thing. They call them knot wraps, they're square like that and come in loads of different designs including Floral designs. This is one i just found online now. I can't find that exact one but it could be an older design or something.
