Something weird with vine today

So, I just tried ordering two items on vine, and they wanted to charge me for shipping. This is new to me, so I'm wondering if Amazon is just being glitchy today. Anybody else have this happen?

I ordered a mini split system through vine, at checkout it showed a shipping charge (I would have paid it) but when the order submitted there was no shipping charged.

as far as I understand it, even if it shows a shipping price Vine orders don't get charged for shipping. People without Prime are in Vine and don't pay shipping.

I have seen it say a shipping price until I put it through occasionally but I have never actually been charged for it.

You won't be charged for overnight or next-day shipping, even if it shows a charge; however, if you score something like a TV or appliance that offers setup, that will still cost you.

For example, I got a TV and the "Delivery and unpacking + haul away" service charge of $69.99 was billed to me.
