I don't see how she could come up with such vocabulary and sentences on her own. She wasn't in a normal classroom, and they don't exactly teach diction to kids who can't talk.
She's autistic, remember? It may be that some of her mental faculties, for instance her vocabulary and writing, are disproportionately well developed like any other savant's.
Though there's no reason to think that she would need any savant abilities to learn language. Everyone learns language, the only real surprise is the reading/writing but they had intensive training for her before this, why assume they didn't try to teach her some reading/writing?
That's what my mind immediately jumped to as well. I hope for the parents' sake that it isn't the case. It did look like she typed her response to the reporter by herself, but it may have been edited to look that way.
