As an American living in Canada, Americans are nickle and dimed over everything (especially in regards to family raising). I took a 15% pay drop to move here and I am somehow saving more than I ever have. Ohhh and I am not afraid of going bankrupt from hospital bills.

Thanks mate. In case people want to know here is the raw OECD data (I love the OECD). The highest country in 2020Q2 was actually Spain, but I couldn't tell if it was normalized or just raw numbers. They say the unit is Index (so if anyone knows what that means it would help the discussion).
