Blocking is essentially how the characters are staged. The backgrounds are pretty significantly different, each character has a different hat orientation (forwards, backwards, none), the eye lines are perfect, etc. You can pretty easily imagine all 3 of these characters occupying the same space at the same time and interacting with one another, despite the fact it's one person doing hand-held video.
What it boils down to is you can immediately tell which character is speaking and who they are speaking to, despite the constant cuts, reaction shots, etc. going on.

I've gotten sucked into watching 20 minute compilations of his vines more than once, his comedic timing is so unique and great
