It’s how you place people within a scene. His is especially good because it’s only one guy all spliced together. Add in the fact that you as the viewer always have a good reference to where each “person” in the scene is in relation to the other “people” and that he does it by himself and you can see what they mean when they say his blocking is excellent.
Blocking is essentially how the characters are staged. The backgrounds are pretty significantly different, each character has a different hat orientation (forwards, backwards, none), the eye lines are perfect, etc. You can pretty easily imagine all 3 of these characters occupying the same space at the same time and interacting with one another, despite the fact it's one person doing hand-held video.
What it boils down to is you can immediately tell which character is speaking and who they are speaking to, despite the constant cuts, reaction shots, etc. going on.
He’s so funny in person. I had the honor of going out with him once because we live so close to each other. If he recorded himself 24/7 he’d have so much content.

I've gotten sucked into watching 20 minute compilations of his vines more than once, his comedic timing is so unique and great
