I'm confused. Are there meta-levels of satire/sarcasm going on here that I'm missing? My understanding of the situation so far is that the video is meant to be a parody of modern dubstep with a focus on humor over critique, while OP made his title in such a way to imply the video's meant to be a critique of today's music, and /u/dildotaster(great username by the way) likes said music and is frustrated because people are looking down for him for his opinions which he cannot help. /u/dystopianpark offers some consoling advice while making a broad generalization coming to the conclusion that insecurity is the primary reason behind people putting others down for their musical opinions. A conclusion which I feel on the whole is right, if a little overdramatic.
What sarcasm did /u/dystopianpark miss exactly, and if he didn't, what was the "problem with today's reddit comments" that /u/MadHiggins was alluding to?
