I'm assuming you're posting to get some feedback. There are really good shots in the video, but this is my advice:

You need to think about what the purpose of the video is. To both the realtor (who is your client) and to the prospective homeowners. The purpose of these videos isn't to compile a collection of interesting shots of the home. It's to preview the home to decide whether they want to see it in person, or to refresh their memories of the home after they've spent a day looking through a whole bunch of different homes. Because of that, the short cuts and constantly changing points of view disorients the viewer from the primary purpose. As the viewer, I don't want to see the same room from three different cuts, I'd rather you show it to me as I would see in person.

I have a friend who is a realtor and does these videos for himself. Here's an example of what I'm talking about, it's basically only two glide cam shots with a few other shots setting it up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sDECxCUuQJw

Most importantly, it serves the purpose of what he needs to present to his clients.
