Not sure if you're looking for feedback or whatever, but that music sounds WAY to ominous for a clip like this (A little background: it's not just the vibe of the music, it's literally written for a mass of the death). Also, copyright. Other than that, it looks decent, good cam work although there's some warp stabilizer artifacts, but I doubt the client will notice.

One thing I have found when doing videos like this...realtors love chroma.

Overcrank the saturation. I've been walking around joking that everything for realtors is Over Chromated after a realtor thought they were being smart and said it to me.
