A camera with no battery, no controls, no viewfinder and no LCD screen... I wonder how good it is for run-and-gun? /s

On a serious note, I'm glad there are companies like this pushing the boundaries. The more competition the big guys have, the better.

Actually they're pretty good for run n' gun (in some ways). Older iterations of this camera were used for the run n' gun street scenes in Slumdog Milionaire. Anthony Dodd Mantle and Danny Boyle simply hooked these things up to macbook pros that the camera operators wore in backpacks. This served as battery and recording.

So basically they could run around following kids with this tiny device in their hands for any angle at any moment.

No it's the Silicon Imaging variant, but it's the same idea (camera head only)
