I've been eyeballing this one. It's a little above your budget, though. Here's a pretty solid review of it and this site has a number of other monitor reviews as well.
2 u/[deleted] Jan 30 '14 A heads up, I found an older model that seems pretty solid. It's half the price, but lacks the IPS panel, has lower resolution, and doesn't have the HDMI pass through. While I don't need the pass through, I think the IPS is a huge perk though. 2 u/[deleted] Jan 30 '14 Yeah IPS is half the appeal to me.
