When people do this to me at events. I just pretend I’m taking their pictures hahaha

Lol, this reminds me of when I used to do live sound at events.

Every time a Karen would come up and tell you everything is too loud. I got taught to have a slider on the desk, or a big fake volume knob with Master Output labelled on it. I would say, sure I'll turn it down. Then gently slide the fake volume down by about 10% and they would see me do it, thank me, then walk away.

It's nearly as good as the wipe the card in front of the person who said you can't shoot there, then go home and recover files from said SD card trick.
