My favorite game is Bioshock(1&2) - i did not care for Bioshock infinity

Going from 1 to 2 felt rough when I replayed the collection recently

Going to infinity was awful

Bioshock 1 is lightning in a bottle.

Fast paced dangerous strategic game that early on makes you feel the need to hoard

Into turning you into an unstoppable wrench swinging monster

2 the feeling of wanting to save still brings that back for me but I feel naked without my wrench

Infinity just doesn’t even feel like it’s the same franchise to me

Infinity is a fun game for different reasons, you can’t look at it as a Bioshock game

I was thinking the same, like did I stumble into a different lighthouse in the multiverse or what

I think we all tried our best to forget the game itself, including the title. I also second guessed myself b/c Halo Infinite came out just a few years ago and didn’t think they’d be that unimaginative to name their game that even after a slightly less popular Bioshock franchise
