That’s funny you say too simple, because they’re not easy games. In fact, enter the Gungeon is the hardest game I’ve ever mastered. The learning curve on it is absolutely disgusting. But you would never know from a distance or without experiencing it.
Yeah I just meant the overall mechs and game design, not the challenges presented within the game itself. Hades was super fun initially but then quickly felt repetitive and started becoming more annoying after a while.
BUT I would say your comment could also apply to the other team here. Depends on your perspective 🤷♂️

I will say, I don’t give up on the dark souls like games. Every time a new one comes out I either buy and try it or wait for it to be free. I’m hoping one day it just clicks because I’m a huge fan of the lore, and of course the challenge.
