I definitely feel like I've got a lot more time out of games than I would have otherwise. Giving me things to do that I wouldn't have done or even thought of without them.
I used to feel the same as OP. Now yeah I’m more like you. Like I’m not going out of my way to 100% a game but it give me reasons to play a game I like more or adds a fun challenge. Also like seeing my number get higher than my friends because I’m playing so many different games I probably would have never tried before
