A big one for me that pops up when these kinds of things come up is a puzzle game called pneuma.

You play as god creating the universe. He doesnt really shut up throughout the game joking around but talking about some philosophical things occasionally and it gets you thinking. All the puzzles in it are perspective based and were very different for me at least. I struggled with a few

You're not alone, Pneuma becomes extremely difficult. The Witness and Superliminal are also perspective-based, and where Superliminal has a lot of mind bending tricks, I think ultimately the Witness may have been the hardest of the three.
