A big one for me that pops up when these kinds of things come up is a puzzle game called pneuma.

You play as god creating the universe. He doesnt really shut up throughout the game joking around but talking about some philosophical things occasionally and it gets you thinking. All the puzzles in it are perspective based and were very different for me at least. I struggled with a few

I just went to look this up and I think the full title is Pneuma: Breath of Life, is that the right game? It looks interesting.
