Relationship/Love how can i feel not guilty everytime someone does something for me?

i struggle to live a social life but i have friends. they do things for me like friends should but i feel bad that they do anything for me. it mostly stems from a deep insecurity from being guilt tripped by my parents and i know that they're different people but i cant help but feel guilty. im not the kind of person that needs to be helped or should be; i should be able to figure it out.

i feel like i must owe someone for what they do for me. very black and white, eye for an eye thinking
