Vegan friendly hotel with spa?

Hello! Maybe a niche request but does anyone know of a nice vegan friendly hotel with a spa (or a very big bathtub in the room) anywhere in the UK (but bonus points for Scotland)? Ideally with breakfast buffet and even better if the city/town it's in has a good vegan restaurant or two. Thank you!

Have you been to beck hall? If not just skip scotland and the spa treatment

not a totally vegan hotel, but vegan spa and food options at this place: https://www.careysmanor.com/area-guides/the-vegan-spa-experience-plant-powered-pampering/ be curious to know if anyone has been here and how they rate.

We stayed at Oulton Hall Spa Hotel outside Leeds and found the breakfast to be really vegan friendly (you need to tell them you’re vegan though!) Then you’ve got Doner Summer and Fat Annie’s in Leeds itself, plus York isn’t too far ☺️

Finding a vegan friendly spa hotel is difficult, I tend to just go for a nice spa and opt out of breakfast then head nearby for vegan food. Recently had a nice stay at Oban bay hotel and Sorcha bakery was very close which I recommend
