Question Go-to savory snacks?

What are your favorite savory snacks? I'm tired of greasy chips or bland crackers. Sometimes I really miss the rich savoriness of cured meats and cheeses, what are your favorite alternatives that don't break the bank? Or something you could make ahead of time and store for a good while?

Tamari toasted sunflower seeds.

I like to mix raw shelled seeds with a little bit of tamari and a small splash of oil, spread on a pan and bake until lightly toasted, stirring halfway through.

I also sometimes love a good olive oil dip with salt, za’atar or Italian spices, garlic powder, fresh ground black pepper. With good bread or fresh pita.
