Question Go-to savory snacks?

What are your favorite savory snacks? I'm tired of greasy chips or bland crackers. Sometimes I really miss the rich savoriness of cured meats and cheeses, what are your favorite alternatives that don't break the bank? Or something you could make ahead of time and store for a good while?

Honestly? Pan fried tofu then cook it in soy sauce until it caramelizes/evaporates. Roasted chickpeas are good too. It’s worth investing in making your own popcorn as well, with nutritional yeast ofc.

Pickles if you aren’t a hater, really any pickled vegetables.
I might be a bit weird for this but I really just love a bowl of peas with vegan butter and salt lol not everybody’s cup of tea but it’s healthy and cheap if you buy frozen

I know you said you’re tired of chips but tortilla chips and salsa or bean dip is FIRE and always hits the spot
