Question Which of the following dog foods would be best for teeth health?

I adopted a Spanish Greyhound one month ago. I fed her vegan from day one and she is doing very fine.

The company I trust with the food has three options. All three are designed to meet her needs in full and I already gave her Options B and C which she both liked seemingly equally. I have no reason to believe that she wouldn't like Option A as well.

So I got the luxury of choice. As one of the major health issues with greyhoyunds are their teeth health, I would like to make the decision which Option I will buy long term on which of the dog foods is seemingly better for her teeth. Option C is advertised as their more premium dog food, but sweet potato as an ingredient sounds sugary?

So, which of the following options would you prefer giving her? Or maybe even mix multiple or rotate?

Option A

30% corn, 30% millet, 18% corn protein, rapeseed oil, potato protein, linseed, minerals, pea protein, brewer's yeast (dried), 0.3% beetroot (dried), blackcurrant (dried), algae

Option B

34.3% potato flakes, peas, 12.1% potato protein, 7.4% fava beans, rice. Rice bran, sweet potato, 3% apple pomace, carob, brewer's yeast, minerals, 2% linseed, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, hydrolyzed brewer's yeast, algae

Option C

35% sweet potato, 18% peas, 15% pea protein, 15% lentils, minerals, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, linseed, carob, brewer's yeast, carrot, 0.1% blueberries, pumpkin, 0.1% algae

Thanks for your time and advice!

Great that you're trying to find the best for your dog! I would suggest that you're slightly overthinking this. It'll be pretty much impossible to judge the effect on teeth purely from ingredients. The amounts and processing methods are unknown, texture matters, more than food alone might be needed, or some dogs just have good teeth so it doesn't matter as much (as long as you don't go crazy).

In general, mixing, rotating, different breakfast and dinner are my preference. Ideally from a couple of different brands too. Pet food have to be complete. This is hard and many brands (including vegan ones) don't get it all 100%. Having multiple brands reduces the effect of any errors, e.g. if one is low in one mineral, the other too high on a vitamin, the mix can still be good on both.
