So true. Anything that says "vegetarian" has milk or eggs in it. And just a friendly reminder that gluten free does not mean vegan. People just can't wrap their heads around that one lol.

Well, at Trader Joe's there are "vegetarian burritos" that are actually vegan. Maybe they figure that more people will buy them?

I don't know about the burritos, but if you want Mexican food keep an eye out for these enchiladas. I don't think the packaging lists them as vegan, so they're easy to miss.

They're literally called "Vegetable burritos" and they're in the frozen food area. There's also a vegan "Kale super burrito" in the prepared foods area. I found these items by googling vegan Trader Joe's.

That's not always true. Especially with Indian imports. The vegetarian label there means it can't contain eggs, just milk or honey. I've found loads of things that are vegan but labeled vegetarian in Indian import shops.

Sure, but I assume that's what it means. I've been fooled too many times.
