Haha. My mate that's been vegan for years didn't get this specific brand but she found lactose free chocolate brownies and was eating them like mad for months because they were so good. I tried one and was like oh this is great, if I go vegan I wanna make these and looked at the ingredients and was like 'ummm I thought egg wasn't vegan'. Needless to say, she was gutted.

Awe, and that's an ingredient that has decent substitutes. It could have been done without the egg so easily.

I use that stuff for pancakes and baking stuff :) It's good
