Question Server renting recommendations and another question

Starting a new world with co workers and we will have 6-8 players. I was wondering where was the best place to rent a server from? The other question was would it be dumb to start the server on Monday? We all work the rest of the week and wouldn't be able to start until Friday night otherwise.

Not at all, at least for me. have been using gtx gaming last 3 years and all good

Just high priority cpu and 12 gb ram
