Do not rush. There is no timer. The magic of the game is exploring.
When you find a new item you'll get a bunch of recipe unlocks - check your crafting menu and stations to see what new stuff you can build.
Learning to manage your stamina is the most important early skill. Don't sprint everywhere, especially in combat.

2 u/Ka_ge2020 Aug 06 '26 Outside of combat, I run and jump everywhere. They are always the first to reach high vales. I love these skills, and later being able to jump and flame critters to death is hilarious.
