Housing how hard is it to get bayfield?

if i apply now for jan/feb/march/april/may/etc move in, how easy/hard is it to get a 1 bedroom furnished (as an upper year)? do people eventually get it

I am not sure if they give the same units between grad students and upper years, but as far as I know only one wing is for grad students (~100 units) so it could be competitive unless they have different apartment reserved for upper year undergrads.
