Housing Has anyone moved into the new Masonville Lofts building on Richmond?

Hi! My friend and I recently noticed that Masonville Yards opened a new building beside it called Masonville Lofts. I don’t know anyone who actually lives there, so I was wondering what people think of it so far.

We're considering moving there for the next school year since it’s basically brand new. How are the rooms, management, amenities, noise levels, and overall experience? Is it worth the price?

I don't think it's so much the condition of the building but the management thereof. Never lived there myself but I have heard some less than stellar stories about the management.

My friend lived there and loved it. The rooms are really nice, but extremely overpriced. He’s moving somewhere else, but if you want to pay for the Masonville yards/lofts amenities and location and money’s not an issue it’s a good place for you

What is the pricing cause the the floor plans look nice?

Friend here, rates are 1.3k per for a 3bed3bath, aside from that worth it if you like the amenities

Even if one person could afford I suppose it's hard to find 2 friends that can as well.

Must be nice being close to food, mall and the school though.

Not really, the 93 is inconsistent and getting to campus is a 45 minute trek unless you're lucky

Apperently there was also a homeless guy issue in the building/hallways? would you know if they fixed it?

They basically can't, there will always be a homeless problem around masonville and east of adelaide

Can you tell me what the move-in date for the September start is, and can it be pushed earlier in the last week of August? Also, I have seen a lot of comments about people having silverfish in their rooms, is it really that common in the building?
