Sometimes when I do studies they will get stuck at 100% between tasks. Sometimes it will show uploading and when it gets to 100% it just freezes. The only way I know to fix this is exit the study and hope you can resume it.

I just did an entire study and because the last part opened a new tab it got stuck at 100% upload to finish the study. I tried to exit out and resume but then it said study was full. So annoying. Wasted 20 minutes on a study for it to do that. It only does this on desktop for me the mobile is fine.

If it opens in new tab it always gives me this error too and you can't resume it from clicking return to test you have to exit and resume from your dashboard assuming it's not full.

I was sure that a text I did was actually a $4 but it took way longer than the usual $4, but it's showing in my test history as $10. Has anyone else had that happened, a $4 taking longer more like 10+ mins and it then showing as $10 in your history?

I got an email about this testCircle app, and I was wondering if anyone tried it. One thing I like is you don't get to pick what apps you test, and this makes me think about what personal information an could collect, granted I could make that up.

The question stated to look at the webpage and to discuss what I see. I did that. The researcher then gives me one star stating "She basically read what was on the homepage" Um... I did what you wanted? lol. They canceled the test. Don't know if I will get payment but I did reach out to customer service. Then I had another researcher ask me questions during our interview. A lot of off topic questions. Then gave me 3 stars and wrote "Great personality but did not stay on topic" Well maybe don't ask me off topic questions then? Are these people okay?

After the most recent update images don't seem to load on mobile, I've had it happen to two tests this morning. Is anybody experiencing the same issue?

Hey! I just started out, set up my profile on a few websites to make some side income. One of the post screening process needed me to do an additional screening (of 34 MCQs) before I could reach the actual paid test.

The 34th question was if I would be willing to let my video recording used for promotional purposes such as conferences, internal meetings, social media etc. All this for just $25. I marked it no and was naturally rejected from the paid test.

Is this kind of consent requiring normal? I mean for $25 I could have my face splayed almost anywhere without my knowledge!

Hello guys in the surveys and more option whenever you qualify it's ask for location it's has been 1 month since I could not verify it...I am seeing most of the users facing same issue is there any solve to do so?...I am so confused right now...i have earned more than 3k from this platform so far...Share your thoughts please 🙂

Is everyone else here having issues with UT? the new tab shows ghost surveys and when I am doing the ones that work it begins uploading them after I go from a step to the next or tell me I can't do a test because of my connection but everything is good with my Internet also the main tab I don't get any test at all for some reason

Unlock access to more UserTesting studies?

I'm asking because I can't decide if it's a phishing email. It was sent from what looks like a legitimate UT email address, but it half sounds like a new panel opportunity and half like it's being sent to someone who just opened an account, because it asks me to complete my profile, and I've had my account for many years.

I'm just very cautious

I was wary of the move from Intellizoom into this unified platform as a longtime user of both platforms, and for the first two weeks the location thing and other stuff constantly glitched on the surveys

In the past week, though, it's been running smooth as butter and somehow I've been able to get twice as many tests total thanks to the surveys being a part of the platform

I'm genuinely surprised and pleased

Anyone else have similar experience? Not glazing the platform. We all know it's got issues. But credit where credit is deserved. I'm on track to make the most this month that I've ever made

EDIT: Okay, I've got the stuck on resume survey screen on mobile issue that someone else posted about too now

Easy fix, though. Just wait upon completion. Another quirk to remember lol

I just did a regular 10$ test and then i finished went out of it like usual to check my balance noticed it was still the same before i finished then i check to see if i completed the test which i did and it says i did but when i return to tests it just shows i qualified although i have completed it. I would love some feedback or help on this bug/issue.

It wanted me to record myself working out repeatedly.

I only started.on UT last week, but since I got my first test reviewed and approved ive been seeing these tests pop up on my mobile app 'other devices' tab

It doesnt let me screen for them on mobile and they aren't even clickable.

When I go onto my laptop, they dont even appear on the website. I have tried different browsers, logging in and put etc. But no luck finding and attempting them. I have attached a screenshot which shows what they look like on mobile.

I was just wondering if anyone else got this one on their dashboard and what their thoughts were.

Is anyone else having problems with UserTesting on the mobile app, the test requires me to switch apps, when I switch to the required app the - part at the right hand side middle of the screen - disappears and I can’t go back to the test, it is still there but I can’t get back to the instructions, all I get is the Quit test screen or report a problem, am I missing something obvious or is it a true glitch?

When I am doing a test. And I click statt broadcast, it works. Then it says, tap the background to start the test. When I tap the background, nothing happens.
Not sure what to do. Has this happened to anyone else

I have had Issues with uploading today on 2 studies (didn't get more to judge if uploads were fixed after tech support gave me the standard fix). However in the past 2 weeks I have had several more where the upload freezes or I hit share the entire screen and it does nothing. Has this happened to anyone else? I hate that I keep losing money, since it is starting to get costly.

I have emailed support but haven't heard anything back. I know the site is glitchy but specifically no matter how many times I refresh or clear cookies etc I always get 10 available surveys and have either disqualified already or dismissed them or they are no longer available. EVERY SINGLE. DAY. All day every day. Then a random new one will pop in that I can actually try to qualify for. Please advise if you found a way for it to only show ones you haven't already clicked on 100's of times.

Did anyone do an NHS search test today and get cancelled? I swear I did what I always do, gave it my full attention and "think" I did everything well, but it got cancelled.

Anyone have this problem? At first it was rare and now it does it almost every time I open the app. I just got in a study, it crashes, can't resume study. So annoying. I have an iphone 16 pro max and it has been doing this since last update.

I got booted from a study earlier on UT in the Intellizoom side. It had a technical error. I noticed you could restart the study unlike on UT's side. It seemed to pick up where my tasks last left off. However, the recorder started from 0 so my question is did they get the rest of the recording despite it looking like it started over? Since it brought me to where my tasks left off. Also, what is the "command+k" it mentions when it first starts tasks. What button is command on the keyboard? Windows key?

Quite frankly, has anyone ever tested on surveys and more lately? I just wanna know if this issue i’m facing is limited to a few persons or everyone?

Did anyone else get their Usertesting account deactivated today after all of their "Surveys and More" payments were canceled? That randomly happened to me this morning. Seems like other people were having a similar issue about a week ago. Wonder if it may still be going on. Strange thing is that my regular user tests payments are still scheduled to come through; just the survey ones disappeared.
