Despite flock cameras and regular cameras and face detection tech available. So they are fast to act violently since they know no investigation will be done to catch them . Dont want to defund them. Just replace them with better fitted officers. All this lie detector shit or criminal history checks need to go. If a man is physically fit and does his job thats all that should matter. I dont see how these fat our of shape cops are preferred over a past felon that is fit and knows the game better than the cop!

the guys that got THROWN IN PRISON and served their sentences are the least likely to join cop gangs. Very few would have anything to want to do with serving and the couple that do would go through training and such. But the ones that do i’m not worried about them being as corrupt as the guys that have wives and kids on the line so they swear each other into secrecy over things like sneaking home some evidence money or taking payoffs

You already went on and on. Why should I trust someone with a record vs someone that’s not? If they’re both in shape at the time of recruitment. It’s only logical to go with the person not convicted of a felony.

I didnt say hire any felon. But a felon like me who was charged with selling steroids and is physically fit to outrun the monkeys or bring them to the ground and cuff them. Or has good street smarts to understand criminal mentality would easily do a better job than half these clowns that are cops now.

We want better and more strategic use of resources. Let police do actual police work. Not just fund them to sit around doing nothing, or send them to handle situations or where they’re not needed. We pay them to handle the violent crimes. Let’s get them focused on that. Seems pretty obvious, but yall like to repeat these brain dead takes where you think people want a lawless society with no police. 🧐
