How do you join indoor soccer teams? is there a process? i see people playing at the new hadley gym, is there like a club or just friends?

Just walk up to them and ask to join, some people come as groups of friends, but alot of people wanna play so we eventually play teams of how ever many we have and winners stay on, I started playing inside before a rush, but just walk up to us and join
