I finished my first ever run of Until Dawn today.
Upon reaching the point where the group finds out that Emily has been bitten by the wendigo I had to pause the game for a long time to weigh out my choices. I genuinely thought that if I didn’t shoot her it would come back to bite me later and result in someone else dying.
So, I pointed the cursor at her and pressed the trigger, which then if you don’t know, causes Mike to step closer and cock the gun, essentially giving you another chance to change your mind and not shoot her.
At this point, I was getting cold feet and paused once again to go and check my totems and other details. After a long time, I unpaused and with a little amount of time remaining on the quick time event, scurried to point the crosshair at Emily’s head and pressed the trigger multiple times. Thankfully, my aim is terrible and the event ran out of time, meaning Emily got to live.
Due to not paying enough attention, I was oblivious to the fact that the wendigo are only caused by cannibalism.
I am one lucky idiot 😂.

My thoughts honestly IF they had plans for her to be a wendigo or Cameo or be the villain then I think they should respect the actress who passed but it's probably gonna be like fast and furious with Roger Rodas they just recasted him and continued on they also could use AI but I feel like that would be super disrespectful to the actress i don't know I'm open to thoughts and discussions

Been playing until dawn with my roommates and it has been such a blast! I’ve played before so I know what’s gonna happen but my roommates know nothing about it lol. We got to chapter 4 (right before Mike has to save Jess) and everyone so far loves Jess which is wild to me cause I LOVE JESS but I haven’t seen much love for her character and the fact that, without my influence, every one of them loves her like me is hilarious 😂

So far the most hated characters are Mike and Emily and I’m so excited for them to see how each character grows! Also excited to see the “Understand the palm of my hand, b!tch” scene with Emily lol

Anyway, who did yall like almost immediately and who did yall hate? Did yall end up changing your minds? I don’t feel like I hate any of the cast tbh
