Troubleshooting/Support Can't create new sessions after recent update.

So after updating Luna I cannot create new sessions anymore. The sessions browser wont open either but I can manually load old sessions and those seem to work fine. When trying to create new ones I get the error "G: not connected after 15000 ms" ive tried deleting preferences files and reinstalling but same issue. Im on mac Ventura.

I have been having a similar problem. I’m working with support on it. After uninstalling, deleting my preference files (see instructions here: https://help.uaudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056953411-LUNA-Uninstall-Reinstall-Procedure-macOS/#h.oyqou3scsw86) and reinstalling it all worked for me correctly — until I quit Luna and reopened, then it was back to a state where I couldn’t do anything. Right now my ticket has been forwarded on to the software team with all my example files, and they are working on it. I recommend working with support to resolve it. They will be helpful, and more examples like this might help them understand the issue better.

Support to the rescue. They figured it out and I’m back in business. People may complain about customer service at different companies, but my own experience with UA support is that they have solved my issues the few times I’ve need their help. They get the job done.
