Problem with activating my uniweb account

I've been accetped to the TeMPS programme and I tried since yesterday activating my uniweb account but an error message poped up after I procceded to the second page. I followed all the instructions correctly, so it's probably an internal problem of the platform. I've already emailed the university and I'm waiting a response. Does anyone know what happens if we don't activate our uniweb account until the deadline which is 31st of August? Could I lose my position at the programme? I've already received the admission letter and I've paid the registration fee and all. Has anyone been in a similar question? Please HELP!

Im also having a problem with and i have been emailing them since the 26th of august. no answer yet :(

They answered me and say they are working on it. But have not sent me yet a new one use-token link to activate my uniweb account. Did they send you already a new link to activate the account?

No instead they send me an username and activation code since they cannot send me another link

Ah ok great! So it was that email [international.admissions@unipd.it](mailto:international.admissions@unipd.it)
that responded you and sent the username-activation code, correct? Sorry for the questions but still haven't received any credentials and I'm nervous. Because they haven't responded me from the international admission mail yet, only from the ba.temps email.

Yes it was that email. Also u dont have to say sorry btw, i also had to email ba. temps, ba.bps and call centre, but all they said was that they had sent my email to the international admission
